FS#18924 - Lvl 40 Monk Quest Impossible To Complete

Trying to do the Lvl 40 Monk quest (not a daily), the one that teaches new players on interrupting spells, is impossible as the monk Master you are supposed spar with ends up becoming unkillable and the player gets stuck in a permanent combat state.

I can confirm this bug report. Not too damaging since it does not teach the spell but only trains how to use it, but it remains quite frustrating.
