FS#18872 - Oracle Blood

Hello. I just finished a few minutes ago Sholazar Basin, and I received from drop Oracle Blood that start a quest.
Steps needed to start the quest conform wowhead.

1. Have the Oracle Blood.
2. Go to Altar of Kartak at 23.36 - 83.13
3. Use the Oracle Blood to summon Kartak that will give you aditional quest.

Now i’m at altar, (checked wowhead, so im at the correct zone) and when I click Oracle Blood keep saying that I need to be at Altar of Kartak.
I checked every centimeter around the altar and the zone, same thing.

Hopefully the attached file works properly.
