FS#18635 - Throne of the Tides - Mindbender Ghur'sha impossible to kill solo
When you get to the second phase after Erunak reaches 50% health, and then the Mindbender controls you, he leaves combat and the boss resets.
This happened to me every time I tried it on normal difficulty, I haven’t tried it on heroic yet.
