FS#18082 - Matsubas Breadmaker missing from loottables

The item https://www.wowhead.com/item=87422/matsubas-breadmaker should have a chance to drop from nearly every mob in pandaria, along with similar ilvl 409 rares such as https://www.wowhead.com/item=87498/spiritwhisper-conch and https://www.wowhead.com/item=87447/toad-slime-gloves (both of which are dropping correctly), but mop-shoot only has the item listed as a drop from 4 different mobs, and extensive farming and searching the AH for this item seems to confirm that it does not drop like it should.
