Rogue Growl (from symbiosis) does not taunt the target, it only applies the buff on the rogue.

It shouldnt taunt bosses, just like pets, distracting shot etc..
On regular mobs it does work for me

I think I know what causes this to go wrong, but yeah, it will not taunt bosses still. I can rewrite the ability to act more predictably.
