Procs from healing (for example from Expel Harm, Chi Wave), should proc only from melee and ranged attacks.

Expel Harm and Chi Wave are attacks too.

its attacks only if hit something, i can proc this trinket out of combat with overhealing from expel harm. And healing sphere procs this too.
