Paragons of Klaxxi titles are permanent instead of being temporary. For example i got the bloodseeker title and even after one day i am still able to use the title.

No, it persists even after the buff is gone. Pls don't fix, being 'the Prime' is nice.
Yep. Buff is gone but cool title remains. I just reported it because it is bug. However, no need to waste your resources to fix it :D
I think it only bugs out if you log out while you have the buff and it times out while you're offline
