FS#17862 - Siege of Orgrimmar Cleave trinkets
The Cleave trinkets from Siege of Orgrimmar, namely the Frenzied Crystal of Rage, Fusion-Fire Core and Sigil of Rampage are currently doing the damage from the proc on the target that it was procced from. This is not how it’s supposed to work. It’s supposed to only do damage to the targets around the target it procced from.
