FS#13745 - Rune of Re-Origination and mastery buff
Rune of Re-Origination takes your two lowest secondary stats, doubles them, removes them and adds onto your highest secondary stat for 10s.
The current issue is that this buff takes into account the 3k raid wide mastery bonus, which it shouldn’t.
So for instance, I have 10001 crit, 10000 mastery and 10000 haste unbuffed.
I then recieve mastery buff for an additional 3000 mastery.
Rune of Re-Origination should still proc crit, even though I go above my crit rating with the mastery buff.

Can confirm this bug. Accidently reforged my gear with the mastery buff active to 8100/8100/5110 haste/crit/mast and the mastery was still proccing with my shaman in the group. Should be working as mentioned in the original report only taking into account the player's stats outside of raid buffs.
However, if a windsong proc or any other personal buff gives rating, then the proc from Rune should proc whatever is highest at the time, only the raid mastery buff shouldn't affect this.
Simcraft shows this as about a 0.75% dps gain on my Feral Druid at 538 ilv. I don't think anyone else uses this trinket so its not really that big of a deal.

Most BUGOS! a működés a javítás után.. a feral dudu masteryre proccol a shaman 3k mastery buffjára számítva van mindenki reforgeolva(feralként) ez így -100k DPS a feraloknak.. akik amúgy sem erősek. Megy a hibajegy!
Dps kiesés? Igen. Az hogy neked -100k, és gyengének nevezed a ferált a fix előtt, és után is, az sértő és szánalmas mindegyik ferálra nézve. Keress meg ingane (Cicámqu, Púrr) és megtanítalak játszani.
