FS#13494 - Guild Vendor price does not scale with guild reputation
Steps to reproduce the bug:
-Join a guild.
-Earn honored reputation with the guild.
-Check Heirloom item prices at guild vendor. They should cost 90% of the full price.
Item full prices are head 1500, leg 1750, back 1200.
On Honored reputation level, 90% prices are head 1350, leg 1575, back 1080.
-Earn revered reputation with the guild.
-Check Heirloom item prices at guild vendor again. They should cost 85% of the full price.
On Revered reputation level, 85% prices are head 1275, leg 1487.5, back 1020.
What is the bug? On Revered reputation level, still I found vendor prices as of 90% of the full price (for example back for 1080 golds).
