FS#12939 - Zandalari Warscout loot
Scouts patrol nearby around the Warbringer, and have 5 million health and drop 1 of the 1000 reputation items.
The four rep items in the loot table should be grouped, so that one and only one drops every time.
Also Small Bag of Zandalari Supplies has 30% chance on wowhead instead of 50% on tauri, and Big Bag of Zandalari Supplies has 15% instead of 2%.

After restart
most of the time i kill these scouts they dont drop anything at all.. consider yourself lucky :D
Well... as long as you can exploit them as much as you want, it dosen’t really matters.
