FS#12701 - Into The Monastery
If you are not fast enough to accept the first version of the quest from Ban Bearheart the second version will be unavailable too. The right way is the first version should be triggered like other auto accept and auto complete quests and if you by mistake or intentionally don’t take the first version, second version should be available inside the Shado-Pan Monastery.

I could not find sources that it should be available inside the instance, however I did find a source that it should be available from this guy, so I added it there: https://mop-shoot.tauri.hu/?npc=61 819
