FS#10955 - Glyph of Icy Veins vs Fingers of Frost and Brain Freeze

Fingers of Frost does not work on all 3 hits of Ice Lance when used with Glyphed Icy Veins. Glyphed Icy Veins splits Ice Lance (among other spells) into 3, each of which does 40% of its normal damage (~120% damage bonus).

Brain Freeze is presumably bugged the same way, but it turns out I don’t have the patience to cast a thousand Brain Freeze FFBs with Icy Veins up to find out for sure.

On mop-shoot the tooltip is correct aside from the number (160% instead of 40%).
