FS#10603 - Valor from Challenge Modes
Hello! Challenge Mode dungeons should be giving very high amounts of valor, with amounts based on which medal you got. Currently they give far less (60 for gold completion time). For completing the dungeon with a certain medal, you should get valor as folows:
Bronze → 125 Valor
Silver → 150 Valor
Gold → 165 Valor

I did a little more research and it looks like you are correct.

May 25, 2013 - The values are what were listed in the original report.
It appears that the increase lined up with patch 5.3 release and was an undocumented change (I couldn’t find anything about it in the official patch notes)
