Sha of Fear 25 Heroic currently deals too little melee damage.
– I will be making reports similar to this for T14 bosses that I can find evidence for in the near future.
The swings used were all recalculated assuming 48% DR from armour, and using only swings that were not reduced by SotR.
Multipliers used: 0.9: Weakened blows; 0.85: Sanctuary; 0.52: Armour
