FS#10039 - Grapple Weapon buff pve
Grapple Weapon’s 5% damage/healing/damage reduction buff should be applied when disarming higher level npcs in pve situations. Currently it is only effective when used against players.

Side note: In the course of my testing I found that disarmed npcs do not do reduced damage, and do not have weapon based spells interrupted (e.g. whirlwind from mogus, bladestorm from mantids). But those are out of the scope of this report.
